Recipe: Cinnamon Strawberry Coffee Creamer by Chef Bai

Looking to add a little something special to your morning coffee? This Cinnamon Strawberry Coffee Creamer by Chef Bai is the perfect blend of creamy, naturally sweet, and subtly spiced goodness. Made with real strawberries, almonds, dates, and a hint of cinnamon, it’s a dairy-free, refined sugar-free alternative that takes your coffee (or tea!) to the next level. Best of all? No straining required, just blend, pour, and enjoy!

Makes 20 oz


THE GOODS:

1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds

 5-6 medium strawberries


2 large medjool dates, pitted


Pinch of salt


1/2 tsp cinnamon


1 tbsp raw agave


2 cups filtered water


THE METHOD:
Simply add everything into a high-powered blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until fully smooth. No straining, just pour it into a mason jar. Cap with a lid and keep refrigerated. Consume within 4-5 days. Shake well before each use!
