HOW BIG IS BABY?
14 inches and weighs about 1.7 pounds./0.77kg or the size of a cauliflower
WHAT’S SOMETHING NEW THIS WEEK?
Peace! Ha. We’ve had a peaceful week after last weeks craziness. This has been the kind of week I needed after last week; quiet, calm and getting some work things done. I’ve been actively not over scheduling and it feels GREEEAT!
MOST CHALLENGING MOMENT?
No real challenges this week, I’ve been recouping from some of the injuries sustained last week so at times my body has been achey but other than that it’s been a really cruisey week.
MOST EXCITING MOMENT?
We had Isaacs birthday sleepover last night. He is THIRTEEN! It’s unbelievable. I’ve been in his life since he was 4. It’s wild to think how fast the years have gone and how old he is now. His group of friends are really gorgeous kids, all super lovely, polite and generous boys. They were so attentive to our little 3, including them and looking out for them it was really heartwarming to see.

EXERCISE?
Not much this week!
MEALS?
Vegan burgers, guacamole and chips, vegan cheeses and crackers, popcorn, pasta, avocado toast, muffins and banana bread.
REFLECTIONS?
I’ve noticed how much my body has been able to relax this week. I think having the girls trip last weekend was really re-energising and helped me to recenter. I’m feeling great again and having restful sleep. Enjoying these long lazy days which goes against my default mode of ‘do more’.
