WHAT WEEK?
30

HOW BIG IS BABY?
The size of a head of lettuce or around 3lbs

WHAT’S SOMETHING NEW THIS WEEK?
Australia! Hotel Quarantine! In the single digit countdown! So much this week. It’s been amazing being back in Australia though and even the quarantine hasn’t been so bad. We’ve got ourselves in to a great little routine.

MOST CHALLENGING MOMENT?
Not so much this week! Feeling great about our travel experience. We had the whole back part of the plane to ourselves, each of us had a row that we could lie down in and just watched shows, slept, ate and hung out. The flight attendants were the nicest crew we’ve ever had and were so lovely and complimentary about our kids behaviour on the plane. It was really smooth sailing luckily enough. I guess the hardest thing was keeping Hn Poet in a mask haha!! But with enough bribery she kept it on. We are seasoned travellers so knew to bring ALL THE SNACKS and different activities to do in between screen time so the flight ended up being enjoyable.

MOST EXCITING MOMENT?
Landing in Oz! We haven’t been to Australia in almost a year so it felt amazing flying in, hearing the familiar accents, listening to the buzz of the city at night and even the Aussie tv shows have been making me feel so ready to be back here in my home country.

STARTING WEIGHT?
116lbs/52kg

CURRENT WEIGHT?
140lbs/62kg (I’m guessing here as I don’t have a scale!)

EXERCISE?
Errrryday! Since Day 1 I’ve done workouts with Emily Skye Fit, her prenatal program is wonderful and really doable. It doesn’t push you too much but my muscles are sore. I definitely don’t sweat but I can feel the muscles I’m building which will only help serve me during labour in around 10 weeks! I also got sent Fluidform Pilates (thanks to my pal Lara Worthington for arranging!) so I’ll be folding that in time the mix too.
