Teresa's Kid Friendly Green Smoothie
This is a really easy way to get some greens in to the kids! It’s the perfect mixture of sweet tasting and veggie packed goodness. Our boys have a big glass of this at least 4 x a week.
DIRECTIONS
1. Grab your vitamin or blender and add:
one chopped apple
one banana
big handful of spinach
juice from 2 lemons
1 cup pineapple
small handful of mint
3 sticks of chopped celery
2 cups of water
2. blend away and serve!
